As a Principal Associate Broker at Compass and a member of the Luxury Sports & Entertainment Division, she brings strategic insight and a personal touch to every deal. Based in Atlanta, Ericka specializes in staging, market trends, and housing solutions for high-profile clients, including athletes and executives. She's also active in community service and has been recognized by Modern Luxury Interiors Atlanta and the Atlanta Realtor Association.

    Danielle Rudolph is a real estate developer, dynamic speaker, and entrepreneur known for her bold start in the industry at 19. From flipping her first property as a single mom to building a multimillion-dollar portfolio, she’s become a respected force in Atlanta real estate.

    After surviving a life-threatening health crisis, Danielle founded her own development firm and emerged as a leading advocate for women in construction and wealth-building. She combines grit, grace, and strategy to create spaces where others can lead and thrive.
